We are looking for an individual who has experience in Sales and has high organisation skills, attention to detail and drive to continually learn and develop and to contribute to the whole company whilst acknowledging our company ethos of care first.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 1 year outbound calling experience.
- A care background of any kind i.e. carer/manager/social work is highly preferred however not required.
- Basic Knowledge of care planning preferred.
- Basic Excel knowledge, Hubspot/Zoho knowledge required.
- Good communication skills, Objection handling and polite demeanour.
Responsibilities
- Main duties will include dealing with a mixture on Inbound and Outbound enquiries that come through our channels, such as emails, intercom and phone calls.
- To complete tasks set by your manager on a weekly basis as well as generating your own pipeline of interest through outbound calling/emailing.
- Dealing with leads through phone, email and live chat and recording those leads
- Coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing schedules and booking appointments
- Data entry including the management of CRM data, keeping all records up to date
- Using the CRM and actively cleansing the date and keeping records up to date
- Market research and recording trends and reporting back to the sales team
- Raising additional sales invoice.
- Being part of the wider sales team, joining meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Products
- Attending the office twice a month set by your line manager.
- Liaising with the wider team on targets and key accounts.
- You must be able to work alongside an established team and attending internal meetings when required.
- Attend face to face events and generate leads or action leads from the care events & notify/ handover to the relevant department, once confident in the role
- Booking in demonstrations for prospects to the correct BDM assigned by your line manager.
