I started my career as a web developer, primarily working within the Microsoft stack. In recent roles, I have worked for Defaqto, Deloitte, and Sporting Solutions. I progressed from leading a team at Defaqto to leading the entire software engineering organisation at Deloitte and Sporting Solutions.

In all these roles, I have worked with large amounts of data, requiring efficient and innovative ways to manipulate and transport that data. Whilst leading these teams, I have also focused on drawing insights from our systems to drive improvements and provide recommendations based on emerging trends.

I'm really excited to join Nourish. Throughout the recruitment process, it was evident how much passion and care go into the products, making a real difference in the care sector. This dedication has contributed to the company’s fantastic performance, and I'm eager to contribute as the customer base expands and Nourish enters new markets.

I'm a dad to three girls (16, 12, and 11), as well as a dog, a cat, and a corn snake named Sausage.

I really enjoy cooking, particularly BBQ. From spring onwards, you’ll often find me grilling or slow-cooking meat (sorry, vegetarians!). One of my goals is to have a "grillzibo" where I can cook year-round.

I also love passion fruit and espresso martinis!
