What is the role of the Sales Team?
The Sales team looks after new business revenue, acting as the first point of contact for new clients joining the Nourish family.
We take a professional and warm approach which reflects our understanding of the Care Sector and its nuances. We will take prospects through a personalised journey which starts with a deep understanding of their business pains, short and long term goals, potential risks, and opportunities beyond. A detailed technical demonstration is then adapted to the prospect's type of care, and if there is a good fit, we then welcome the prospect as a new happy client which will be onboarded by our Implementation team.
Team-wise, we foster a culture of self-improvement and shared knowledge with weekly enablement sessions, smart call recordings for self and p2p reviews, and shared objection handling discussions rather than 1 to 1 (including weekly deal reviews).
