I am grateful and honoured for being part of the Nourish family and for seeing it grow over the course of over 10 years. I always enjoyed the mixture of feeling 'internally comfortable and externally challenged' in the sense that the team works as one, encouraging mistakes and rewarding learnings, but no two days are the same and the feeling of continuous improvement driven by market challenges is real. Nourish always valued culture as the most solid foundation of its success, so every new person feels part of the team from day one.

Being given opportunities to succeed by the management team here at Nourish has enabled me to take the steps in my career that I've always wanted - and our culture of internal promotion and development means that all team members are empowered to develop and take the next challenge presented!

In 2014 I started using Nourish in my care service and immediately saw that it was different to all other digital care platforms out there. I desperately wanted to be part of the team and joined in 2016. Over this timeframe Nourish has gone from strength to strength and the culture and ethos has remained consistent. An ever evolving platform like Nourish has meant that I have had the opportunities to be involved in a plethora of projects and have worked in most of the teams. This has allowed me to evolve my career in the path of my choice and genuinely appreciate the opportunities it has provided.

I joined Nourish in 2017, as a Customer Support Executive. From the very first day the whole team proved that the culture and values are at a completely different level to what I experienced in the past. Each employee is treated as a family member, we share our happiness and sadness and we always help each other. Nourish has built a unique work culture, where support and opportunities are provided to everyone. I was provided with the time and resources required to progress my career and become a Full Stack developer. I can confidently say that Nourish is the best company I have worked for so far, providing an excellent ‘family-like’ work environment.
