About the Job
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for getting new clients onboarded, ensuring they receive adequate training by using our suite of Nourish systems including Careplanner, knowing how it can support them in their daily roles. You will become an ambassador for the company and be able to confidently and competently answer most client questions in time.
As a senior member of the team you will also mentor other members of the team and take the lead on some of the new initiatives and change management projects.
The role and your responsibilities
- Developing a rapport with your customers and learning about their business will be essential to creating an ongoing relationship and you will display this through a number of check in appointments throughout the client journey, there may on times be a requirement to visit client locations.
- Keeping customer records up to date, identifying and addressing customer needs, as well as handling complaints and cancellations will be your duties.
- Monitoring your overall account health and implementing strategies to maintain an engaged customer portfolio
- Conducting all customer reviews for each managed customer and managing the ongoing customer relationship
- Upselling additional products to our customers when appropriate.
- Maintaining an expert level of knowledge on Nourish products, including all new feature releases and systems status.
- Adherence to procedures and policies
- Leading on initiatives within the team, for example adoption of new systems or processes
- Advising less experienced members on managing customer enquiries
Required experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Effective communicator on the phone, in writing, and in person
- At least three year’s relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel.
- Some understanding and affinity with the social care sector
- Knowledge of SAAS
- Project management experience an advantage
