About me: .I joined Nourish part time in November 2020 as the credit controller. Shortly after this I took over the HR function, went full time, and have grown the department to support all employees, and we are still growing.
My Background: I have always worked in Finance and Operations and have worked specifically in HR for over 10 years. I previously looked after HR, Policies and Maintenance for a group of Care Homes and and have a real hands on insight in the day to day running of a home, and how invaluable digital care is. I love to offer an ear and am always on call to offer support.
After hours, who am I:I'm someone who enjoys being outdoors and being in open spaces. My children are a huge part of my life (I talk about them a lot). I love plants and like to grow our own food where we can.
Where will you find me: Most likely down the beach, in the forest or up a hill somewhere. If I am indoors, I will usually have a cup of tea in hand.
