What is the role of the Customer Success team?
Our Customer Success Managers are here to support you throughout your journey with Nourish. Once you've signed your contract, you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will understand how you want to use the system and help you achieve your goals. Key attributes of the team are great rapport building skills with people at all levels of the organisation, strong conflict resolution skills and ninjas at spotting upsell and cross selling opportunities.
