What is the role of the Implementation team
We have two teams within our Implementation Department. Our Project Management Team and our Implementation Team?
Our project management team are closer to business partners, supporting our customers with the transition onto Nourish. They work closely with our customers to deeply understand the care they deliver and how they support the people they care for to translate this into Nourish. Key attributes of the team are meticulous attention to detail, great relationship building skills, and ability to see the funny side and ability to keep multiple plates spinning in sync.
Our Implementation team are here to guide you through Nourish and ensure you're getting maximum benefit as quickly as possible. They deliver training to our customers on site or remote, depending what they'd prefer. The team are passionate about delivering a fantastic service and guiding customers through the journey from paper to digital or transferring from another provider. Key attributes of the team are sense of humour, patience, thinking outside of the box and doing their best swan impressions when things go wrong.
