About me: Proud Portuguese who hates Portugal, and with a constant thirst for knowledge, I love learning and have an infinite amount of passions. Nourish is one of them, which I joined in 2013 as a young graduate and where I grew as a professional and individual, running the Support and Implementation teams at one point, and later maturing in the sales team as a BDM and eventually looking after the team as the Sales Director to this day.

My Background: I have a BSc in Law (where I met my beautiful wife, so it wasn't a complete waste of time) and an MSc in International Business, with a specialisation and thesis in Change Management. This remains one of my biggest passions to this day - convincing humans that change is positive, and demonstrating that with tangible practice and results, not theory.

After hours, who am I: I don't take life seriously at all outside of work, and take things maybe too seriously at work, so if you know me you get to know two people in one!

Where will you find me: My current top hobbies/passions outside of work are hiking, japanese gardens, cinema, videogames, and running, so you'll either find me strolling in a forest somewhere in the UK, or staring at a big screen most evenings. Two young boys have shaped who I am in the past half decade and become my reason for living (and question my sanity), and are my best teachers on how to be a good human being.

Most used phrase: After a very thorough research applying top of the line methodologies I found out that my most used phrase is "GUYS COME OOOOOOOON".
