I'm Tom and I'm really looking forward to joining Nourish, everything I read about what you all do and have achieved sounds great and I can't wait to be a part of it. As for me, I've worked in a variety of industries from aerospace, banking and food to online GPs and genomics. I've moved from being a developer through to managing teams and I've led development teams of different sizes from building them up from scratch to teams of around 30 people. On a personal level, I try to keep fit, meditate and juggle family life. Can't wait to meet everyone and contribute any way I can.

  I once played hockey live on Sky Sports, managed to miss a penalty and took some criticism from the commentators!
• I have 2 young children, the youngest has the same birthday as I do!
• I'm married to my brother's wife's sister! It's not as weird as it sounds
