I've spent around 7 years working within the care industry and people receiving the best quality and person centred care is something I am very passionate about. During my time within the care sector, I thoroughly enjoyed the logistic side of caring and supporting people. Over the years, I have seen numerous Care management systems and after utilising Nourish within 2 organisations, I want to be part of a business that is so dedicated to delivering software that promotes and enables personalised approaches to all individuals. I chose Nourish because not only is it a software I believe in, but I also want to be part of making a meaningful difference.
