I’ve been working in health and social care for over 13 years, in a mix of roles from hands-on frontline support to holding a CQC registration. No matter the role, my focus has always been the same — making sure the people we support are treated with dignity, respect, and feel truly seen. As well as the people receiving care, I have always been passionate about leading and supporting care teams to not just stay compliant, but to feel inspired, valued and confident in what they do. I have always been keen to explore how technology can improve the way we deliver care — combining first-hand experience and knowledge to help shape the future of social care, especially here at Nourish.
