I joined Nourish as an SDR after 8+ years in sales, including leadership roles, spanning B2B, insurance, and SaaS. Across that career I've built and run teams, coached reps, and worked with clients in over 20 countries - but Nourish is the first place I've worked where the mission sits right alongside the commercial goals. Care technology isn't just a market opportunity here; it's genuinely about helping providers deliver better care, and that purpose-led approach is what pulled me in.

Outside of work: I make a properly good cup of coffee, I'm a keen (and reasonably decent) cricket player, and I'm a lifelong KitKat and Snickers loyalist - happy to debate the merits of either.
