I'm joining from Marketcloud, a company where I worked as an AI Engineer. My role involved rapidly developing AI prototypes for clients across different sectors, from advanced Q&A systems (RAG) to agentic applications.

What really drew me to Nourish was the company's philosophy on AI – using it as a powerful tool to empower human decision-making, rather than replace it. The mission of using technology to make work easier in the care sector truly resonates with me, and I'm keen to contribute.
