Implementation Consultant – RevenueI joined Nourish after spending several years working in social care, following a career in the corporate world with companies like Sainsbury’s and Victoria’s Secret, where I held senior roles as a District and Area Manager. While these roles were rewarding, I wanted something more fulfilling, so I transitioned into social care. During that time, I worked with several systems, but my favourite was Nourish — I was affectionately known as the ‘Nourish Nag’ for my enthusiasm and dedication to the platform.
When the opportunity arose to join Nourish, I was thrilled, and it has been a dream to be part of such a supportive and inspiring team.
Since joining, I’ve been continually impressed by the culture, the support, and the genuine passion everyone has for improving care. From the moment I started, the onboarding experience was fantastic, and the team made me feel instantly at home. It’s such a rewarding environment to be part of, and I can honestly say it’s a pleasure to come to work each day. I love working for a company that is focused on social care and giving back to the community, where I can make a real positive impact and contribute to meaningful change.
