I have been programming computers since I was 7 on an old Amstrad CPC 464 with a 1khz CPU and 64kb RAM, used to make games on an Atari ST when I was 12, professionally coding since 2000, had a short break to do a degree and run a business and then some teaching, then back to code in about 2010. Switched from PHP to Java in 2012, have since spent time working on Struts, Spring, Angular and various other bits and bobs. 

Got 2 kids, one boy 2 years 5 months, one girl 1 month, and two cats. Addicted to all things music, techie, retro gaming and motorsport. Have been known to throw a fast car around an F1 track sideways.

Fun facts.. bit of a struggle to think of 3...

• I have been bitten by a tapir
• I got my music played on Radio Wales in the 00s (it was terrible)
• Back in the day I was fairly solid on drums, keyboard, guitar and bass, and the odd bit of vocals (did a few gigs, didn't get anything thrown at me). Am a bit out of practice now so would probably be terrible.
