Hi everyone, my name is Sudha Regmi, and I’m the new Director of Data & AI at Nourish. Before joining, I worked at a global data and analytics consultancy, where I helped companies unlock the value of their data by defining Data & AI strategies and implementing impactful use cases. I hold an undergraduate degree in Economics & Mathematics and a Master’s in Data Science.

I’m absolutely thrilled to be here and can’t wait to learn from, collaborate with, and (nicely) debate the finer points of data-driven decisions with all of you! Outside of work, I mostly follow the instructions of my soon-to-be three-year-old daughter.

Here are three fun facts about me:

• I’ve lived in four countries across four continents—Nepal, Australia (just a year, but it still counts!), the U.S., and the U.K.
• I became a British citizen in 2023 (and have been dutifully upping my tea game since).
