I was born and raised in the Chicago-area (and actually, my great-gran knew Al Capone!) I now live in Peebles. I have 4 children (3 boys and a girl). I have a degree in music performance in percussion and voice. 

I have worked in a variety of industries, always doing sales, business development and account management most recently in the tech industry for Marketplaces, Reverb.com and hipcomic.com

Fun facts:

• In addition to singing and playing percussion, I also play piano and guitar
• I was a lead drummer for one of the top pipe bands in the US and am a two-time US drumming champion as well as placing 7th overall in the world championships
• During summer holidays while in Uni, I worked as a tour guide for a major zoo in Chicago, so if you need any random animal facts, I have a whole bunch of useless knowledge in that department
