Hi, I’m Tim! I have a background as a key customer contact across multiple industries - including Maritime Emergency Services, Employee Coaching, Telecommunications, and SaaS CRM systems. I bring extensive experience in customer engagement, with an emphasis on prioritising customer happiness and business success.

I’ve chosen to be part of Nourish Care because I believe in their mission to empower care providers through smart, effective software. Knowing that our technology helps improve the quality of care makes this work truly meaningful.

Outside of work I have a passion for water sports, especially paddleboarding, scuba diving and surfing. One of the perks of living in the Bournemouth / New Forest area is that I get to enjoy my dog taking me for walks in the forest...

Three interesting facts about me:

• I’ve lived and travelled around Australia, surfing my way up the east coast and diving with sharks on the Great Barrier Reef

• I’ve won a couple of silver medals in archery competitions

• I’ve technically flown a plane around the Isle of Wight
