Talent Acquisition Specialist – People & Culture

About me: 

I joined Nourish in January 2023 as The Talent Acquisition Specialist. My background was in corporate banking for 18 years, then moved into recruitment in 2019 for the local police force. Realising that I wish I had got into recruitment earlier on as I really enjoy this. 

I wanted to join Nourish to help contribute to the company's success, and to attract great talent! During my time at Nourish, I've excelled in various aspects, including streamlining talent acquisition processes, and providing a great seamless experience for candidates who apply for roles at Nourish. My background is marked by a strong foundation in recruitment, administrative expertise and building long lasting relationships.

Three interesting facts about me: 

  • I once applied for X Factor, but unfortunately didn't get through!
  • I enjoy baking, and you can often find me whipping up a new dessert
  • My most used phrase is, what's for lunch?
