Starting off in the eye department at QAH in Portsmouth Then progressing through the ranks within the intensive care department. Ending up as a specialist nurse in organ donation.My career has been marked by compassion, and striving to be the best I could be. I have had the privilege of transforming and saving countless of lives as well as supporting families through bereavement and end of life scenarios.
Outside of nursing, I love all sports especially football , American football and cricket . It has been a significant part of who I am It’s not just a pastime but a passion. My perfect day is one that I can just sit and watch sport all day . Alongside being an arm chair supporter , I play for my local cricket and have helped organise the England transplant cricket team play national games post Covid.
