I joined Nourish in March 2025 after working as a Band 7 Nurse in the NHS. I loved the job, but burnout had really started to creep in, and I knew I needed a better work-life balance. At first, I was just looking for something different, but when I came across Nourish, their values really stood out. They didn’t feel like typical private sector values; they felt like the kind of values you'd expect from a company genuinely rooted in healthcare. That really resonated with me.

Since joining, I’ve found a new way to support people who need care, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that’s constantly improving how we do that. 

• Outside of work, I’m big into vinyl and slowly turning into a full-blown audiophile. 
• I’m also obsessed with sport—if it’s on, I’m watching it
• I’ve got a soft spot for all things James Bond. 

My family’s thrilled I get my weekends and evenings back… though maybe slightly less thrilled about the endless NFL and football on the TV!"
