About the Job
Deliver complex, high-touch implementations across a multi-product and partnership
ecosystem to scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Own governance, customer sign-off, risk
escalation, and cross-functional coordination. This is a critical customer-facing role with
exposure to senior leaders across some of the largest Health and Social Care groups. Working
across the Nourish product and partner product eco-system, you will draw on expertise from
stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project delivery.
Role and responsibilities:
• Operate as the main point of contact for the customer, managing expectations,
communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, change controls, and stage-gate
artefacts.
• Secure customer sign-off at solution design, configuration acceptance, UAT readiness,
UAT completion, and project close.
• Track scope, timeline, and budget; forecast variances and implement corrective
actions.
• Identify risks early, own mitigation plans, and escalate when thresholds are breached.
• Coordinate Implementation Consultants and Trainer readiness for design, build, UAT,
and training. Coordinate with other internal teams as required.
• Coordinate and manage external stakeholder relationships, including partners, vendors,
and customer third parties.
• Operate the project change control process; assess impact of requested changes on
timeline, cost and scope; obtain required approvals before implementation.
• Maintain and evolve PMO templates, governance materials, and best-practice guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and cross-team
workflows.
• Track time in time-tracking software and maintain 70% billable utilisation, escalating
risks proactively.
• Prepare comprehensive handover packs for BAU teams.
KPIs:
• On-time/on-budget delivery.
• Customer acceptance rate.
• Risk resolution time.
• Utilisation and template adoption.
Required experience
• Proven experience delivering SaaS or software implementation projects, with strong
grounding in project governance, risk management, and customer-facing delivery.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid
approaches, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, MS
Project). Certification is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt style for different
audiences and engage confidently with senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating complex stakeholder groups, including customers, partners,
and internal teams, within a multi-product ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving,
evolving environment.
• Working knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector, ideally with direct experience or
exposure to digital care planning solutions.
• Ability to interpret data and use analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to support
decision-making, reporting, and project insight.
• Excellent workload management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance
multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working closely with software products, with the ability to understand
system behaviour, configuration impacts, and customer workflows
