Nourish builds the digital care platform that care teams across the UK rely on every day, from small home care services to some of the largest care groups in the country. When our software works well, carers spend less time on paperwork and more time with the people they support. We're looking for Business Development Managers who want to be part of that.

You don't need to have worked in social care. Some of our strongest people joined us from completely different sectors. What they brought was that sense of purpose and a willingness to learn.

The role

You'll work with care providers to understand how they run their services and help them move to digital care. You'll build your own opportunities, run a consultative sales process from first conversation to close, and know when to bring colleagues in to help you win.

What you'll bring

You'll have a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS. You're sharp, driven and a clear communicator. You can influence people without pushing them, and you have the judgement to know when a deal needs more than just you. At some point in your career you've chosen work because of what it stood for, whether that's a purpose led business, a B Corp, a charity or a cause close to your heart.
